Moving to the next stage…

So, last week I managed to master the “High 5”, and last Saturday I I’d my best 5K time ever… So it was really weird finishing in under 30 minutes, because I was going through the “chute” (this funnel that they channel all runners through at the finish line), and I’m suddenly with all these 30 and 40 year old real runners…

Thursday: took another minute off the last one at 9.4 Km

Saturday: 5K ParkRun, 29:15, best run ever
