Fitness and Motivation Report for 10th May 2018

So, after my success in the first every 10k run last Sunday the 6th May, decided to up the training regimen to see if and how I would respond. So, got onto Google Maps and found a route that was a couple kilometres longer than I have been doing. However it took a bit of scouting out to get it right… Here’s the summary of the work:
